Subject - 2 : Aerated Adhesive for E Flute Boxes

The Aerobond System incorporates Aerated Laminating Adhesive and the Glue-Mix unit - a device designed to match the specially developed adhesive, which introduces controlled quantities of air into the adhesive and distributes it optimally over the substrate surface.

The System reduces Operating Costs, Increases Quality, Reduces Waste and offers Higher Performance from lighter weight papers. Reduced length Double Facers and immediate conversion capability are among other advantages.

Subject - 3 : All Weather Corrugated Box

WICMA is in the process of taking up a project for DMSRDE, Kanpur to design and develop corrugated boxes that can withstand the vagaries of weather, specially in north eastern hilly regions.

Development of such all weather corrugated boxes will help the Defence to transport goods safely and securely in all weather condition. Development of such boxes will open up new markets for corrugated boxes.

Dr. S. B. Yadaw will enumerate the need for such and other boxes and the specifications that are laid down by the DMSRDE.

Subject - 4 : Corrugated Board – Innovative Applications

VENTiT is new idea ‘conceived’ by Mr Vinay Mehta. It provides effective ventilation while maintaining the integrity of the existing box and the contents inside.

While currently a prototype has been developed only for the pizza industry, the VENTiT concept can be applied to a variety of other industries such as… Hot Food Packaging, Poultry, Horticulture, Floriculture, etc.

Any product that requires breathing in its packaging can utilize the VENTiT concept.

The second concept is Colorcube- An eco-friendly, affordable travel luggage.
